Women That Care, Inc. is guided by a dedicated team of leaders who are passionate about restoring dignity, rebuilding confidence, and creating opportunities for homeless, underserved, and previously incarcerated women. Our leadership brings together diverse expertise in nonprofit governance, education, fiduciary services, behavioral intervention, community outreach, compliance, emotional wellness, workforce readiness, and personal empowerment.
Through strategic planning, financial stewardship, program development, and community engagement, our Board of Directors and program leaders work collaboratively to ensure that every initiative reflects the organization's commitment to integrity, accountability, transparency, and measurable impact.

TY GRIFFIN
Founder & Executive Director
Ty Griffin serves as Executive Director of Women That Care, Inc., a Nevada-based California affiliated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring dignity, rebuilding confidence, and creating opportunities for homeless, underserved, and previously incarcerated women.
Driven by a passion for helping women overcome barriers and achieve lasting personal transformation, Ty provides leadership and vision for the organization's programs, partnerships, and community impact initiatives. She is committed to creating opportunities that empower women to rebuild their lives, strengthen their self-confidence, and pursue greater independence and stability.
Ty brings specialized experience in life skills development, emotional intelligence, stress management, anger management, domestic violence awareness, gang diversion, and behavioral intervention strategies. Her work focuses on helping women develop practical skills, healthy coping mechanisms, self-awareness, and the confidence necessary to overcome challenges and create positive change in their lives.
As Executive Director, Ty oversees program development, community partnerships, volunteer engagement, fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and organizational growth. She works closely with the Board of Directors and leadership team to ensure that Women That Care, Inc. remains mission-focused, financially responsible, and committed to delivering meaningful and measurable outcomes for the women it serves.
Ty's leadership is grounded in compassion, accountability, resilience, and a deep belief that every woman deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive. Through Women That Care, Inc., she continues to champion a future where women are supported with the resources, encouragement, and opportunities necessary to build brighter, healthier, and more independent lives.

ROCHELLE LAROACH
Community Programs Director & Facilitator
Rochelle LaRoach serves as Community Programs Director for Women That Care, Inc., where she leads the development and implementation of programs designed to empower homeless, underserved, and previously incarcerated women as they rebuild their lives and pursue long-term stability.
With specialized training in life skills development, stress management, emotional intelligence, domestic violence awareness, anger management, gang diversion, and behavioral intervention strategies, Rochelle brings a practical and compassionate approach to participant engagement and personal growth. Her work focuses on helping women strengthen self-awareness, improve decision-making skills, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and build the confidence necessary to overcome personal and systemic barriers.
Rochelle is committed to creating structured, trauma-informed programming that promotes accountability, resilience, and self-sufficiency. Through mentorship, group facilitation, and individualized support, she helps participants identify their strengths, set meaningful goals, and develop the tools needed for personal and professional success.
As Community Programs Director, Rochelle works closely with organizational leadership to ensure programs remain mission-focused, participant-centered, and responsive to the evolving needs of the women served by Women That Care, Inc. Her leadership reflects compassion, consistency, integrity, and a steadfast belief that every woman deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive.

Dr. PAMELA D. PAYNE
Board Member | Treasurer & Secretary
Dr. Pamela D. Payne serves as Treasurer and Secretary of Women That Care, Inc., providing financial oversight, governance leadership, organizational accountability, and strategic guidance to support the organization's mission and long-term sustainability.
Dr. Payne holds a Doctorate in Education, a Master's Degree in Education, a California Credential in Special Education, and a Preliminary Administrative Credential. With more than 20 years of distinguished service within the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), she brings extensive experience in educational leadership, program administration, student advocacy, organizational management, and community engagement.
Throughout her career, Dr. Payne has demonstrated a commitment to empowering individuals through education, support services, and equitable access to opportunities. Her expertise in program development, leadership, compliance, and organizational accountability provides valuable insight as Women That Care, Inc. continues to expand its impact within the community.
As Treasurer and Secretary, Dr. Payne helps ensure sound financial stewardship, responsible governance practices, and organizational transparency. She works closely with the Board of Directors and leadership team to strengthen operational effectiveness, maintain accountability, and support strategic initiatives that advance the organization's mission.
Dr. Payne's leadership reflects professionalism, integrity, compassion, and a steadfast dedication to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting success. Condra K. Griffin, NCG
Board Member | COMMUNITY PROGRAMS & COMPLIANCE ADVISOR
Condra K. Griffin serves as Community Programs & Compliance Advisor for Women That Care, Inc., bringing more than 23 years of professional experience in advocacy, care and case management, guardianship services, financial management, and support for vulnerable populations.
As a National Certified Guardian, Condra provides strategic guidance on program development, organizational compliance, participant advocacy, risk management, and community resource coordination. Her expertise helps ensure that Women That Care, Inc. operates with integrity, accountability, and a participant-centered approach while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional practice.
Condra's background includes extensive work assisting seniors, women and children, individuals with disabilities, families in crisis, and those navigating significant life transitions. Her experience in care planning, life skills development, financial literacy, housing support, healthcare advocacy, and community resource navigation provides valuable insight into the complex challenges faced by homeless, underserved, and previously incarcerated women.
In her advisory role, Condra assists with program oversight, policy development, participant support strategies, community partnerships, and organizational best practices. She is passionate about empowering individuals through education, advocacy, self-determination, and access to meaningful resources that promote long-term stability and independence.
